 Bereavement

We all work together to give the help and support needed in each situation.

The Team Staff respond to each situation as the information comes in about a death.

The Staff make the initial contact as soon as possible.

The next visit is to work through the service with the family.

The Ministry Staff will officiate at crematoria when asked.

After the service, the officiating Minister or a Lay Pastoral Assistant will visit.

We encourage Lay Pastoral Assistants and members of the Church to support the families and friends of the deceased.

At All Saints and All Souls Tide, invitations will be given personally to families to attend special services.
